Module 03: Customer Value
How can you accurately identify genuine customers who genuinely need a solution to a problem? What are the most effective strategies for identifying target customers and motivating them to participate in interviews? How can you distinguish between truthful responses and polite feedback from people? How do you identify and validate your assumptions during customer interviews? How do you effectively analyze and respond to feedback gathered from customer interviews? How can you determine whether you are pursuing a viable idea or if it's necessary to abandon it?
